Boiler options

I'm putting together a quote to replace this keston in a small church

Its a 50kw boiler but is probably oversized for the 11 radiators

I am quoting a WB 40 CDI heat only the same as the other quotes but wanted to add a few other options
Any suggestions for a 40-50kw domestic or small commercial boiler?

have you worked the room sizes out ??? and worcester 162 only if you have your com ticket tho

Yeah got commercial tickets. I usually fit what is specified.
I have room sizes, will work through them on the weekend.

a commercial boiler for 11 rads, youre not over sizing that are you. cant be a high hot water consumption in a church

cant you stick a vaillant 937 or 837 in

My first thought looking around was 30kw
Then I saw the existing boiler was 50kw with 42mm flow and return.

I will get the calculator out later and work out some heat loss figures

I'd check the rad outputs also, no point fitting 50kW boiler to 20kW of rads, i wonder if some fan convector's have been swapped for rads in the past.
