boiler problem

hello non plumber here .firstly id like to say hello and thanx to anyone who gives me advice it is appreciated.

i have a biasi garda he 24 sm/b boiler that is failing to ignite .no c.h or d.h.w. pressure has and is fine.i can hear the fan working when i turn hot tap on but cant here anything when i turn c.h. thermostat on.

obviosly with 2 kids and a wife (who expects miracles) its a problem any advice please

can you see or hear if there is any ignition

do you have a prepayment gas meter and has it ran out??

there is no sound at all not firing up

no pre payment

you need an engineer in to look really at this it could be a number of things pcb, gas valve etc.

now this might sound stupid but whats the best way of finding an engineer is it a specialist plumber or do i call a normal plumber and what credits shud he have thanx

any plumber with gas safe registration next to his name. where abouts are you may be someone on here is local to your area and could call round and have a look.
