I have a ferolloi boiler which is showing A06 fault code. The boiler is still under warranty so phone the heating engineer who fitted it his reply was that one of the radiators must be blocked and ferolloi would charge us if he came out. Is this right as in the fault codes A06 is a ignition problem or siphon blocked

call back your original boiler installer again, its his problem initially or call ferroli tech for advice

Hi Colin, sounds like your engineer is just dodging it, have u tried resetting boiler incase it was just a blip, failing that I'd call ferroli to get an engineers visit,

why would your installer think a radiator could be blocked? if the installer flushed out the system as required by the manufacturer.

wouldn't have thought one rad being blocked/switched of would lock the boiler out, it would have to be a fair block!

nought to do with blocked rad get installer in or ferrolli tech as said before

Like lame plumber said it has nothing to do with a blocked radiator. Ring the manufactures but be warned if they do find any sludge in your system then the warranty means nothing and they possible won't even touch the boiler. Hopefully it has been flushed out when it was installed.
