WB 4000 installed a few months back, just balanced the 7 rads - managed to get around 15 degrees delta across most rads. Not quite the 20 degrees but still. Flow set to 60 degrees for now.

1.Obviously I want to ensure the return temperature into the boiler is below the 55 ish degrees needed for condensing to occur.

The hidden service menu only shows primary heat exchanger temperature, which is saying 55 degrees .
I can't see a 'return inlet' or secondary heat exhanger temperature in the menu so do not know exactly what the actual/intial return temperature is - I take it that i'm correct to assume that the actual return temp to the boiler will be less than 55 degrees being seen at the primary exchanger? (as I understand it the return goes through the secondary exchanger/condensing chamber first to be heated before the primary one)
(Ps. Have measured the 22mm return pipe into the boiler with a laser thermometer it says 43 degrees but i am unsure of its accuracy, although it would seem to be roughly correct given the delta seen at the rad returns).

2. Also, I want to raise the flow temp slightly (say to 65 degrees) to get slightly hotter rad output to speed up the house warmup time, as it was 2 degrees outside here yesterday and seemed to take too long to heat inside from 14 to 20 degrees - but want to ensure the boiler return temp is still below the requisite 55 degrees for condensing- if set flow to say 65 degrees and then the primary heat exch. then reads something like 61/62 degrees, i take it i am still correct to assume the return temp will be well below the 55 still? (ps i realise raising the flow temp will reduce efficiency, as the lower the return temp is below 55 degrees the better the condensing effect).

You've already spent thousands on a new boiler why not chuck a few hundred and invest in better controls? It's not 2 degrees that often and doing so will allow it to adapt to external temperature, prolong heat up time if required and keep the 60 degC flow temp.
