Good afternoon
I have an oli burner, Riello RD3
We ran out of oil and now its refilled I can't get the bolier to work
.
First off the reset only started it for about 1 min, so I loosened the allan key screw and let out the bubbles and oil ran clean.
The burner then worked for about 15mins but has now shut down and the reset button doesn't work, I tried the bleed again. If just acts as if there is no power to it, nothing has tripped and all the switches are on.
Please help its cold
Thanks

call out someone who knows what they are about, messing around can foul up all your burner settings and cost more in the med to long term.

if you tried pressing the reset button too many times with little or no oil in it, you could of run the pump dry seizing it. like mentioned above get someone out who knows what they are doing / looking for.

When was it last serviced and did the engineer change/ clean the oil tank filter? You may have a blockage from dragging the dregs into the filter or pipeline. As above, Im afraid youll need to get someone out. Oh and its an RDB not RD3 :)
