Worcester greenstar 18/25 oil boiler

My boiler is tripping the fuse due to the pressure in the system dropping. While I have correct the pressure in the system, the boiler will not restart due to tripping the fuse.

I suspect some safety issue has kicked in ? If so will this reset it self ?

I have check that there is no air in the system.
When I force the RCD to stay on a bit I notice the
Horstmann H37 ChannelPlus Programmer does not come on.

What else do I need to do ?

Boiler is a worcester greenstar 18/25 oil boiler
