boiler trouble

im having a problem with my hot water in all my appliances and taps, when you first turn on shower or taps water gets hot but then goes warm after a few seconds. the radiators work perfectly, boiler i guess? can anyone help?

what boiler is it ?
is the boiler firing up when tap on ?
need more info.

alpha cb24x combi, everything works fine, it fires up ok and all lights blink as they should, its just that water runs hot for about 20 secs max then drops to warm where it then maintains temperature, it doesnt get hotter or colder...
