Boiler won't light without using manual reset button???

What boiler is it for a start if your constantly having to do it , it means there's something wrong and you need an engineer

It's a valliant turbo max VUW, I am an engineer, just not a lot of experience with maintenance, do I have to register my GSN before people will help for safety reasons?
