Just helped/watched mate fix a boiler

All simple really

Unfortunately he works for a company so I can only tag along on private jobs which are few.

Only ever see it on baxis for some unknown reason. Why new and not a wash out? Good opportunity to sell a power flush missed there.
 
Yes, the gas engineer said to them he'd be surprised if it lasted a year.

The boiler was installed 2 years ago.
