boilermate 2000 room thermostat

Please bear with me, I'm new to this forum

Bought a Wimpey house (daft I know) and we have a Boilermate 2000 with s mechanical clock. All the rads have thermostatic valves but there is no room thermostat in the house. This leaves us the choice of either having all the rads on and using the clock to turn heat on or off or doing each rad individually

My question is, can I add a wireless room thermostat into the system, and if so, how and where do I wire in the receiver

get on to wimpey or your nhbc and demand a roomstat its necessary to comply with the part l of building regs yo ould have a benchmark form in with your boiler instructions which has the question is a roomstat fitted and another question that asks if this system complies

fitted quite a few of those stats, and a lot have gone faulty just out of guarantee !! fit a honeywell !!
