Heating comes on when room stat off , demand for hot water only.
Heating travering up the return , change non return valves on pumps

If heating pump runs when, hw tap is opened then aplliance control board has to be duff.

Changed that months ago ,as soon as you turn on b/m heat travels to nearest rad . No pumps on

Agree that I would be double checking the board, and that the correct inserts in the board had been fitted.

Then I'd look at the programmer and then the board on the boiler.

One of the pumps has to be running.

Thanks I double check , pcb is easy to change , more concerned about reverse heat

double check the htg pump is not running when the rads are heating up.
