Something similar round by me. Believe it's based on your situation, if you've got five kids and no man of the house working, or your on some sort of benefits you qualify. Not the sort if customers who can afford there own.
 
Hearing it advertised on radio and the odd advert popping up in local sales mags this boiler heating game is looking arse imo glad i do more commercial works
