Question for one man bands or one man and a mate type of business ,
How many boilers do you fit a year ?

Last year I did about 30. 20 were on site work for developers I do all plumbing and heating for, the other 10 were private houses. The year before that I did more private houses and less site. Seems the developers I am working for are expanding so more and more of my time is being spent on those projects.

Used to be 40/50, but I don't think I did 20 last year
Did a few full bathroom refurbs last year which made up for it though

Last year I fitted 148 . So far this year have fitted 11

Do you just do boiler swaps? You cant have time to do anything else, there are only 260 working days in the year so you are doing better than 1 boiler every 2 days. Nice.

All in private customers premises/dwellings.
Some were straight swaps, some were full systems.
When you are self employed there is no such thing as 260 working days :smile5:, and yes some were done at weekends.
