bosch 36v drill

You need the better 36v bosch it's bigger than that one

Bigger will probably mean heavier? Do you have a link to the one you are referring to please.

Hey bass not sure about the bosch but i bought a makita bhr36tre and i wanted one for ages and the price put me off for ages then i saw one new on ebay for £350 and there good but the batteries dont last long , that one your lookin at the batterys are with the 1.3ah there is a 36v bosch with 3ah but alot dearer, great for outside taps no extension cables

Yeah, the 1.3ah does seem pretty poor. I'm not looking to spend any more then £300. I've read mixed reviews about Makita and bosch. I think it probably comes down to preference. Seeing as all my gear is Makita, this looks quite tasty :

I have it, and highly recommend it. A good workout when hanging off a ladder at full stretch with a 25mm sds bit :lol:.

the bosch 36v compact is a very good drill. Ive got one and its daddy the bigger one. Which one is best depends on what you plan to drill. for mainly fixings the compact is shed loads easier to live with and the batts last ages as they suit is power output, if your planning to mek big holes in walls then the big ens better for that sort of work but the batts run out quick, so go for the 4ah batts.
