Bosch Condens 4700IW 24S

Is the minimum output of this boiler 8.1kw, (max output 24.0kw), I don't see anything in the MIs re this, one would expect a turndown ratio of more than 3:1, surely?

Also what is the relationship of Bosch and Wocester Bosch?, they only mention Bosch in the manual.

Not a uk boiler mate Spanish and yea min 8.1kw you won’t find many boilers below 6kw min output

Yet I'm seeing this from a Worcester Bosch 4000 MI but its a combi boiler!!
