I was called out to one of these yesterday morning. The boiler wasn't powering up at all, the customer had recently had all his power knock off at the fuse board and the boiler hadn't worked since.
I checked for power coming into the boiler and found 230 volts, checked the fuses and they were all fine, so now I'm thinking it's the PCB. Anyone come across a similar issue?

I have heard they have problems with the fans on these, is the pump running or nothing?

Nothing runs at all, the boiler doesn't even switch on, no lights nothing

is this a glowworm? scrub that i think its a 5 series so it would be a worcester green star, you need to speak with worcester but if no lights come on it points to a pcb issue
