Any body doing any bottling/jaming of the fruits etc coming into season?

Just done 13 jars of wild plum jam, 4 jars of of wild plum and nectarine jam, 4 1 ltr kilner jars of sliced nectarine's in syrup, to add to the collection of jams chutneys, and fruit in kilner jars

In a couple of months time it will be time to do the pate's etc ready for winter

Are you in france? I used to make my own chicken liver parfais , can you get frogs liver parfais over there? :)

Yes I am in France Brittany to be exact, and will be in France to the end of my days, even got the funeral director sown up, a young mate of mine, and my son, my son had to wire up the chiller unit they keep the bodies in:), when he started out and then moved to a bigger place, if you have been in France you should know how it works, give the jobs to your mates if they are any good, then the firm your mate works for, then an outside contractor, in that order

Never scene this, frogs liver parfais, do you mean foie de grenouille or foie des Française there is just a slight difference
