which one is better and cheaper

break tank or water accumulator (dual stream)

Hi. Although i have not installed water accumulators personally. They seem to have the edge over break cistern for domestic properties. Coming ready to fit and looking smart and made for purpose may be the way to go. Break cistern at low level become a resting place for all sorts of junk over time, resulting in lid failure which can compromise water quality.
