British Gas 330+ display lights up, but otherwise blank

Hi people,
I have came across a British Gas 330+ system boiler. No heating or hot water. Cant hear anything when turning power on, just display lights up with no info on it. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

It’s a system boiler, so I would have thought it would only react to a demand?

Swiwched lives are there. Could it be a pcb issue as there is no display?

It could be, but it lights up, so not definite. Have you tested at the boiler end to make sure it’s receiving approx 240vac? Have you checked for any loose wires? Are you GS registered?

240 at the pcb. Cant see any loose connections. I am not GS

Likelihood to be pcb or display pcb, removing the cover on that boiler forms part of the combustion circuit and should only be worked on by qualified gsr engineers.

From memory a 330 is a re badged Valliant boiler? these suffer from PCB problems with age there's a interface board and a main PCB so it needs be determined what's happening here ?

You could be right bud ?? One or the other had one on my books till I swapped it must be 6 years ago now ??😊

Its a Glow worm Belper underneath.
Issue turned out to be display pcb. Thnaks for the help guys!
