HI. I am not an engineer, but the customer. A cowboy has moved my B Gas 330. Untold problems with wiring have now been fixed. 2 Gas Safe engineers haven't found the fault, but my friend and I are trying to crack the problem, and, if necessary, ask a Gas Safe engineer to fix it. However, boiler cuts out with F5 after seconds, hot pipes. Is it possibly because flow and return pipe is longer now, by about 4 metres? How can it be resolved, please? Do I need a new pump? Thank you.

I recommend you advertise on this forum for a proper engineer to check your system out.

you gas safe engineer should not leave the boiler connected uncommissioned. So if its not been workinging from the move? it should not be connected to your gas supply?

either way you will need to get a competent person to take a look and commission the appliance according to the manufacturers instructions.
