hi i have a problem with this boiler it flashes the red light when there is a demand for hot water and central heatin. pump runs but fan doesnt, pressure is at 1.5bar. i have checked the hoses to the air pressure switch and the venturi seems clear has any1 got any ideas what it could be thanks
ps i think it flashes 4 times per second the manual says either, aps, fan both thermisters, wiring harness or pcb so it doesnt really narrow it down for me

any1 got any idea or would i be better off calling there helpdesk any help would be appreciated (

pcb, but thats just an educated guess. had one where the fan blew out the pcb then itself last winter.

If the fan has no voltage & the pump is running, is there a flow switch , if so has it activated, if no flow switch check resistance readings of the thermistas/ntc, normally @ 10-13 kohms cold.
Have a look at the air pressure switch. If it has 3 wires check it returns to off position, if stuck between nc & no the pcb won't power the fan. Check continuety common & nc then blow thro' correct tube check it breaks & makes common & no. if in doubt look at wiring diagram to identify.
I'd certainly contact the manufactures before changing the pcb

if this is a rebadged worcester flashing red light is normally indicating the fans gone is there power at the fan terninals ?

hi it is a rebranded worcester there is no power at fan but if u take off a a.p.s tube and blow through it the fan does click on and the boiler sparks but it does not light and as soon as u stop blowing it kills the power 2 fan and goes back 2 lockout, thanx for ur help guys

just a quick update it ended up the pcb cheers 4 ur help 247 quid for the board wow
