Guys: Have been having lots of problems lately - replaced the 2 PCBs, flow switch, thermistor, pump, drained and cleaned the system and installed magnabooser - but the flippin thing fails to fire up when required. When the engineer gets the boiler to work the the temp LEDs start to light up but then start to drop as the water is used up but the but the boiler doesn't ignite and start up when the water goes cold. It just displays the power on light but nothing else. The guy from British Gas (service contract) is struggling to fix it. Any ideas?

Also: He says the wiring harness is an obsolete part now and if that's the issue then it's a new boiler! Thoughts
