Britony 11.T boiler needs a service and gas safety certificate

Hi, trying buy to let as an option, I have a BRITONY 11.T boiler supplying bathroom and Kitchen hot water needs, pilot light keeps going out, but as just bought the property need it serviced and gas safety certified as well as two living flame gas fires.

I dont want to touch as specialist:dunce2: job?

LIVING IN DOVER KENT any help or advice on who to contact to be safe and secure

Also, option of maintenance cover for these items.....
