Brittony water heater

Brittony water heater problem. Pilot light ok but when hot tap opened the pilot goes out. Can anyone give advice as to what problem might be. Thanks

Experienced gas registered engineer req'd, or ask on the closed site

How do you get on the closed site? I am gas safe registered but not repaired any of these.

Go to the gas section & take a look at the closed topic & try emailing them.

PM admin and they'll ask for your GSR details.

fairly common fault on those heaters.

I am guessing the diaphragm??????
