Hard to tell in light but it's cream and matches original colour. Took him nearly a full day. £816 inc VAT. I know, ouch.

In fairness to him he drove from Solihul to Worthing and back same day (one hell of a round trip) Nobody nearer wanted to know. I'm sure he's/they are cheaper if you don't require 8 hours of driving off them either side of a day's work. And the work speaks for itself.

Sounds about right. My PLI won't pay out on something I'm working on, so I suppose if I were to break a basin while working on the basin, it wouldn't pay.

Its like any insurance Co take your money ! then a million & one reasons not to pay up. got to be one of the biggest money spinners you can think of, to me its just legalised robbery
