Lost my phone and Broadband nearly a month ago. Found that the overhead cable down the lane had come down. five visits later with each engineer telling me that the overhead line was down and they would have to organise a road closure and cherry picker and all the rest, an engineer turned up today. Another one that did not know the situation, I suggested to him that he puts a temporary connection between the poles until they do the necessary tree clearance and proper repair, because if this goes on any longer I am going to have to take action against them for a months loss of business. Temporary cable now installed and I am back on line and on the forum. Don't say the obvious "oh no Reg man's back"
