Can a landlord move a tennant in with a unregistered boiler

I did a few boilers for a firm and i never registered the boilers until i got paid, now on the last one the firm have not paid owe me a bit of doe and have move the tennant in, is this allowed? Thanks guys

I'd say as long as they have a cp12 there fine. If you registered it with gas safe or not isn't there responsibility and therefore I doubt this would cause an issue with a tenancy agreement.

if they have had a land lord safety certificate done, no reason they can't

I would think they can.
Because you still fitted correctly even if you haven't registered it yet.
And presumably they have other paperwork to show the date you installed it - eg your invoice.
The law only requires gas safety inspection report within 12 months of installation.

BUT of course they might not know that.
