That looks like a bath trap that somebody has connected the left hand waste into the clean out.

Agree with Simon G it's a made up job using a MacAlpine bath trap with a mixture of bits and pieces....can't see from the picture if the waste pipe can be lowered in the corner after its left the trap if it can you may have an option to alter it......regards Turnpin:)
 
Polypipe Nuflo bath trap, (deep seal) as above cobbled together with a compression elbow and short extension
