I’d be more concerned with the fact it looks like it is glued to the wall and not screwed.

If it’s handle down for full flush, handle up for half ?
It looks like Burlington (cistern looks like that too).
Don’t know actual manufacturers but that will find it in a search.

I was looking for the same flush valve to see if the guys could be changed without removing the cistern
