You must have heard it called flaring copper before surely? That's what I always knew it by until seeing 'swaging' on social media

Common practise now't wrong with it as long as your GSR that is. 1 solder ring instead of 2 saves time and money. But then again I am a thoroughbred Yorkshire man. Short arms - Deep pockets

Don't do it copper pipe is thin enough as it is use the appropriate fittings. Kop
