Can / would you service this?

We've a client (biomass pellet) that also has an aga in his kitchen, - we don't do oil

He is looking for someone to service an oil aga, -
installed in his kitchen, no dedicated open vent, so relies on airchange / flow through the house
single wall external flue
oil tank not bunded
see attached photo of oil tank

Are there any things that MUST be fixed, or is this serviceable.
Comments please.

Its oil so cant enforce anything, so yes serviceable, but plenty of ink on a cd11 for 'recommendations'.
