Can you buy a key to fit this?

Most meter shut offs I see have a white plastic key that is sort of male and fits into a female bit. There are also other's with plastic levers and metal pulls etc but this one needs a female shaped key to fit over an oblong piece. The customer said he asked the water board for one and they don't give them out apparently.

Could you fit a socket from ratchet set over it?

Would need to be a key with a female bit as the bit that wants turning is male. So more likely F or G except I think from memory it was more oblong. So naff that the water board wont help him out.

I used to have one of these that I would have given a go but lost it years ago and not needed it since. No guarantee it will fit as was normally for those really old metal type square ones
