Can you replace this Aqualisa shower without disturbing tiling?

For a different brand of shower.

Not sure how those elbows connect to pipework in wall. Looks like it would be easy enough to leave them in place and fit another Aqualisa I guess but if different options are wanted (and not keeping old non-shiny elbows)

Unless they are 15mm compression where they connect to wall? Just the nuts look massive.

Seems to be 15mm compression on newer Aqualisa showers that look similar.
