Cannon gas fire manufacturer's servicing instructions

I have a customer with a Cannon Coal ridge gas fire. They have no servicing instructions and they can't be found on the Online manual services. I contacted Cannon who told me that they don't issue servicing instructions other than those which come when the fire is purchased. Can anyone help track the servicing instructions down?
