Cannot get shower riser rail off

Hi there.

I got this shower from b and q and the shower head holder is slipping. My plumber put it in so I don't know how it fits together and I can't get it off ( I don't want to force it). I am guessing that the top or bottom bracket will come off. I asked at b and q but they couldn't help. It is 3 years old.

Can anybody tell me how to get it off to tighten the shower head holder?

My guess would be use a thin edge knife or similar to pop off the light grey rectangle on the bottom bracket. That will probably reveal a screw

I got it off by rotating the top bracket. I tried prizing off the brackets but couldn't get it to move.
