Can any help with information on how to remove the pipes from this speed fit fitting? I don't want to attempt something before I know what I'm doing. Thanks

Two fingers on the thin ring on the outside of the fitting and then pull towards the fitting whilst pulling the pipe away in the opposite direction ..... turn the water off first lol

twist and pull

Can i ask what you are planning to do once you have disconnected it please kop.

Looks like the collar on left has been broken off. get a Plumber in!
