Hello

I need to change the side flush valve on my toilet as it keeps running. The isolation valve is behind the toilet waste pipe and I can’t get to it(photo attached)

What’s the best way to isolate the water to the toilet so I can change the side valve? And what’s the easiest thing I can to to put a new valve in higher up?

Thanks in advance for any help.
