A regular customer - a hotel I look after has a 1950s heating circuit which is in 4" spigoted cast iron lengths. They want to redesign a function room which involves altering part of it. Whats the best means of joining cast iron to steel pipe? Not had to do it before quite like this.
 
usually caulked with molten lead and yarn not sure if you can still get it and youll need a set of cualking irons
