Cast iron radiator retaining stay

I used to work for a reclamation yard selling 100s of cast iron rads.

We sold the stays for £15 on ebay others charge £8.99 upwards.

So I decided to make them from home at a fiver each.

Does anyone use wall mounted supports for cast rads instead of cast feet, of which can be expensive? I make these too tenner each.
