Catering Equipment Repair Training

i would like to know if there is any training centres that specialise in catering equipment repair / maintanance?
Or is it manufacturer training only?

Just to be clear I have got Comcat 1 and 3.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would be greatful.
