Hi to all.
I want to bury a copper pipe under the kitchen floor. Will it be ok to cement over it afterwards or will the copper pipe react with the cement? Equally if I was to bring it down the wall could I Plaster over it? Thanks in advance.

Wrap it in 'sylglas' or 'denso' tape before cementing or plastering over. Or better still get the copper thats coated in yellow plastic cover.

Hi Mark - Thanks for the answer are these products available from Wickes or such like or is it the local plumbers merchant only? - thanks again.

as above denso tape with 50% overlap minimum, better still armaflex insulation vut now getting expensive !
