A client has a back boiler fitted about 6 years ago (British gas). All is good but the room thermostat is set at 15 degrees and keeps shutting down. The thermostat has a plus and minus button on it and that is it with a digital display showing the temperature. Each time you plus the heat it goes up and when you let go it says 15 degrees SET. Any suggestions please.:)

Hi. i would be inclined to get another room stat. The time you can spend pouncing around with them,if a fault is present, out weighs a new one.
