Hello folks I have a oil fired boiler with a header tank system.
I recently changed my pump on my heating system because the previous one was just not powerful enough, the new pump is a grundfos ups2 15-60
Since I changed it my radiators won't get warm at all I've bled the rads and turned every single one off then turned them all back on one by one and still no heat! Was working before i changed the pump and ive tried the old pump as well and its still not producing heat....any ideas on what the problem could be?

Also try bleeding the pump, only takes a small amount of air and it won't pump. Is it wired the right way? A pump running in reverse won't do anything either. Sometimes it helps to open the drain fully to help drag the air out.

Or a bad air lock in flow or return from boiler. If it was an air lock you would hear your circulating pump making a lot of noise, but little heat passing out of it
