Our CH closed system water is coming out of the taps at 70 deg C turned stat on tank down to beloe 50 deg C and no change.
removed motor from 3 way valve and made sure valve turns and that the motor changes from watre to heating when switched off. Ran boiler with water turned off and valve closed and system still heated the water? Has the valve failed to shut off propoerly?
