Hello, I am currently in the process of redecorating a bedroom. This morning I have removed the radiator from the wall and shut off the trv valve to prevent leaking.

My question, is it safe to turn the central heating back on without any problems of leaking or otherwise?

Thanks, Ollie

Register and you might get some help for an avoidable and probably un-insured disaster waiting to happen

1. Did you drain all of the system ? if not make sure that you CAP OFF the ends of the rad valves, when temp drops trv could open
