hi everyone, thanks to the people who replied to my last post about fitting monoblock tap, fitted it, all went well. Anyway im looking for some help/ advise on some noises we have on our CH system. Basically when the heating is on, but off with rooms being up to temp, then comes on when cools we can here the room thermostat click (alway done that) then (difficult to explain) a sort of air bubble sounds like is running through cylinder or pipes then the boiler comes on. but what could this noise be? trapped air being moved about? also when the heating is on all rads are hot appart from bathroom which needs bleeding ever 2-3 weeks always has done for past 30 something years system been in, but in one radiator (nearest to pump/ boiler) we can sometimes get a trickle sound from base of rad, anyone know what this could be? rad is getting hot though. other noises we get are creeks but think thats just expansion on pipes and water movement so not that bothered about that. The pump is about 25-30 years old never been altered, basically put in and left alone. Boiler is Baxi Bermuda 551 back boiler, gets serviced every year and is working fine. Also hot cylinder i think may be Primatic since we only have 1 cold tank in loft and the age of system. Any help or advise is welcome, and sorry if that doesnt all make sence. Thanks.

bleed all the rads starting downstairs and any vent points beside cylinder , the pipes can creak sometimes and a bit of insulation, cardboard can solve these issues sometimes , it could also be your pump ,I wouldnt worry about it myself so long as everything is working ok

thanks. some noises i dont worry about, like the creeking cause its normal, but just dont like noises if i dont know where there from or what causes them. will bleed rads today. Thanks.
