im looking to replace an oil fired boiler, i will be installing an external boiler, in an ideal world i wld like to place the boiler about 5m away from the house,

can i run the pipes under ground etc , i have looked it up and it looks like it can be done, but im after regulations etc

cheers john

ive seen CH below ground before, they are in a duct and well insulated

Hi Yes but insulation and the water proofing of same is of prime concern. Either a duct or Say 2x150mm soil pipe to accommodate flow and return packed with good quality insulation with pipe in centre. Good luck
