Laying flow and return pipework in a 2 bedroom flat above a shop in readiness for a gas safe engineer installing and commissioning a condensing combi. The flow and return pipes off the boiler are 22mm. Would it be okay to reduce to 15mm barrier pipe at the floor to run the flow and return run to the rooms with the rads. 8 rads in total, combined 11.5 kw output.

Does anyone recommend a particular barrier pipe, e.g Hep or Speedfit. I understand Hep is quiet flexible but difficult to de-mount if you make a mistake and need to redo a connection. :)

i would take 22 mm as far as you can then split 4 at the most of one set of 15 mms i have only used hepas a plastic pipe (when desperate) and you can either get de mountable or fixed fittings personaly id say use copper you cant beat it
