I have a customer with an intermittent 70 80 fault on a Chaffoteaux Mx2 24ff, could anyone explain what a misfiring safety feature is please. every time I call the boiler is in a fault state yet works without a problem after I reset it. no matter what I do I cant get the boiler to go to fault, yet it needs regular resetting in my absence. Any help appreciated.

not on an open forum Im afraid. having said that I'm wondering now why an untagged op is in the private forum?
