Got one of these pigs to do this morning, I have heard that you can drill out the rivits on the side panel and slide the ev out instead of taking everything out of the front of the boiler.....has anyone done this or can confirm it?? Cheers

There was a thread on here detailing how to do it, do a search for it dude.

Will have to find that.....just finished it....didnt have room to drill out the rivets.....everything came out and wouldnt go back in as easy as it came out.... And with water rushing out the hw pipe everytime the custurds opened the tap I was a bag of nerves making sure the water didnt soak the pcb!!!!
I hate that job!!! :mad::mad:

Dont ever wanna do one of them again!!

Glad you managed to get it done, you can now add it to the boilers I will not touch list!

Couldn't fit a external vessel anywhere ? I will always try to do that as replacing is a nightmare!
